This is the third car I have bought from Joel and Jorge at Princeton Land Rover. I purchased an LR3 from Princeton Landrover. I have had numerous problems with the vehicle including transmission issues, leakage from the sunroof, bluetooth malfunctioning, to name a few. I can understan numerous problems with the vehicle including transmission issues, leakage from the sunroof, bluetooth malfunctioning, to name a few. I can understand that these issues occur, because after all these are all mechanical parts and can fail from time to time. What I am deeply disappointed in, is the response I received from Princeton Landrover when I requested repair of these parts under warranty. Time and again they refused to fix these and other problems with the car stating there was some issue with the warranty that they sold me. When I purchased the car, they said the warranty covers "Everything" that does not go through normal wear and tear. I have had enough of their games and advise anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to shop elsewhere. -Unhappy [former] customer More

I was welcomed warmly to the dealership each time I visited there, over a period of 6 months. The first time (March 2011) was well before I was ready to purchase a vehicle, but Pat gave us an off-road visited there, over a period of 6 months. Very bad experience for the first time dealing with these guys. Asked us to drove 2 hours to see the car but it was sold and none of them called back to let us know before we arrived. Sandy seem like a nice man and offer a discount to ease us. It would probably turn out fine if i deal with him but he was busy with a delivery and have Steven Budenz help us out for another car. Steven Budenz is the worst guy i have dealed with. No friendly or respect customer at all. He took us to see the car without mentioning anything about the car features and only asked stupid questions as we are an exporters. No intention to sale the car. His unprofessional work make me wonder if he is actually a sale person. He ruin my whole trip and impression about land rover. Would never come back to this dealership again no matter what. I would recommend ( Ron from Prestige range rover in NJ and Rob in Wilmington) if you still love and want the car. More
