My 30 K service was scheduled for today. Arrived,saw Jorge(GM) who got Dave( a new Service Manager) and loaner car was ready. Dave was very accommodating and attentive. Returned 3 hrs later and on my Jorge(GM) who got Dave( a new Service Manager) and loaner car was ready. Dave was very accommodating and attentive. Returned 3 hrs later and on my way with a washed LR. I have a 2008 LR2 and had to have the rear differential replaced. This service was the first time that I had to use my extended warranty that I purchased from another dealer. Steve Cronin dealt with the replaced. This service was the first time that I had to use my extended warranty that I purchased from another dealer. Steve Cronin dealt with the inspectors from the extended warranty company and all repairs were completed in a timely and professional manner. I was provided with a loaner during the repair. Steve kept me informed of his progress with the extend warranty company as well as the status of the repairs. He provided excellent and professional service. All the noise from the degraded rear differential was removed after the replacement part was installed. I strongly recommend Princeton Land Rover for their professional and personal service. More
Generally I am one to dread the dealership experience, but I stopped into Princeton Land Rover to take a look at the Range Rover Sport. Immediately the staff that approached me was friendly, knowledgeable but I stopped into Princeton Land Rover to take a look at the Range Rover Sport. Immediately the staff that approached me was friendly, knowledgeable, and the best part was that they treated me like a friend and not a customer. I can confidently say that this was the first time buying a car was fun start to finish. We chatted a bit and then we got to looking at the cars that were available. This is where the dealer won my business for a few reasons: 1) Knowledge - I have never visited a dealer for any luxury car that was as knowledgeable as Ron at Princeton 2) Experience - Never once did I feel like I was being sold a car, even when what was available didn't exactly match my needs Ron was friendly and told me he'd be in touch, rather than pushing me to a car that wasn't what I wanted 3) Price - Ultimately this is a factor in any dealer situation, but with Princeton the two factors listed above were met so greatly that price became the third selection criteria for me. If you dread the dealer experience as I do I'd strongly recommend that you visit Ron at Princeton Land Rover - I promise that it will be a refreshing change. More

There is a Land Rover dealership much closer to my office, but I prefer to deal with Steve b/c of his professionalism and his honesty.
