This has to have been by far the best, easiest and most hassle free vehicle purchase I have ever made. From reviewing options, my two different test drives, ordering the vehicle, to the (slightly) early de hassle free vehicle purchase I have ever made. Salesperson and manager was both very friendly and helpful at all times. Vehicle was priced right from the start... something other dealers could learn from. They walked me through the ordering process so I knew what I was getting myself into. Ron (my salesperson) was responsive in person, over the phone and over email and helped me select the right options (I'm a car guy and does a lot of research and knows what I want). Delivery was fantastic - this was my wife's anniversary present and the dealership went above and beyond to surprise my wife. The car looked great. Ron took the time to show my wife how to use all the advanced features... something I dare not do:) I really could not of been happier. I'm a tough grader. The only ding was when I picked up the car I noticed a couple of very small and slight smudges on the cream leather in two locations - otherwise I would have had a perfect score all around - something i have never done. I almost feel guilty knocking a point off - but these things are useless if they are not truthful. More
