Ron was the employee we worked with to purchase my new Range Rover Evoque. He was zero pressure, very informative, and answered all of my questions. Working out the numbers for purchase was very straight Range Rover Evoque. He was zero pressure, very informative, and answered all of my questions. Working out the numbers for purchase was very straight forward and he was extremely patient as my husband talked himself into, then out of, then back into the leasing option. The dealership worked with us so we paid exactly what we wanted to up front and did not try to hard sell the extra options, but explained each one and provided examples of how it would be beneficial to opt for them. Ron was unfortunately not able to be there in person when we picked up the car, but ensured that everything we needed was prepared, right down to programing my home address into the car's navigation system! He was in constant contact with updates throughout the process. When my husband and I picked up the car, Christian walked us through the process, and answered any and all questions I had left. He introduced us to the service department, who warmly congratulated us on the new car. The business manager, Michael, was also very easy to do business with and again, never pressed the extra options we declined on. Their main concern was customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a WONDERFUL experience and I've had some terrible car buying experiences. I would highly recommend the Land Rover Princeton dealership for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. After sending an email to the dealership Kelly contacted us and we set up an appointment for us to come in and look at the vehicle we were interested in, although that particular vehicle had been sent out us and we set up an appointment for us to come in and look at the vehicle we were interested in, although that particular vehicle had been sent out to be detailed Christian showed us a similar model. He let us go out on a test drive and explained all the features. Upon our arrival back to the dealership the vehicle we were interested in had just come back and we took it out for a test drive. The color was beautiful and this was the vehicle we were looking for. We told Christian that this was the vehicle and he began the paperwork. The process was simple and smooth and we picked up the vehicle 3 days after filling out the paper work. The employees were all friendly, pleasant and courteous and the atmosphere was welcoming.
