Working with Jeff O’Brien was a real pleasure. I am new to the Land Rover franchise and Jeff arranged so that I could drive every single model that the brand offers. Some slow communication at one time, which was addressed and thereafter became very proactive and everything was really on point. There was another series of irritations - including how long the port kept m and thereafter became very proactive and everything was really on point. There was another series of irritations - including how long the port kept my car sitting there (weeks!), damage to the sunroof which necessitated replacement, and then delivery with a bumper scratch - but this was not the dealerships fault and they worked hard to fix all this. My fence and me drove from NY to Priston Ny which is more than 1 hour away. Wali was such good help, he did everything in his hand so we can take the car that I love so much home.
