I purchased a car from Land Rover of Princeton last week, from the beginning my experience was positive. I consistently got quick responses to any questions and was able to communicate with the sales team ve from the beginning my experience was positive. When I first went to test drive I began dealing with Karen, she was very nice and helpful, especially being able to text her directly with questions or concerns. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Never went into the store. Joel made me a deal over the phone on a Friday and delivered the car to my door 2 hours away that next take. We came in with a car in mind, and she immediately located it for us. She was extremely informative regarding the vehicle as well as leasing process. Additionally, Karen was considerate of the fact that we were over an hour away from the dealership and expedited the process of finalizing the transaction in one trip. Moreover, with regards to the current status of the pandemic, Karen was cognizant of guidelines and newly implemented protocols throughout our exchange.
