I reached out to them and got a call back from James. What a pleasure! I really needed the vehicle by a specific time and James made it happen. He actually made the entire process extremely seamless and transparent. Everything was delivered exactly as promised and the vehicle is amazing. Could not be happier. I purchased my RR during the height of the pandemic and James did the best he could during a contactless delivery unfortunately the demonstration of each feature was challenging.
