Service Department Is a Complete Joke If you buy a Jag or Land Rover you better hope it never has any issues because having them repair something as simple as a blown speaker (because Land If you buy a Jag or Land Rover you better hope it never has any issues because having them repair something as simple as a blown speaker (because Land Rover sound systems are complete garbage don’t believe me, do your own research) is like pulling teeth. I’ve taken my Range Rover in FOUR times now to have the speakers replaced only to get the run around that they fixed them only to find that the service center had turned the bass all the way down in order to duck out having to honor the warranty. They refuse to acknowledge the issue and keep wanting to schedule continuous appointments weeks out. The service manager is never available. I even drove to the dealership to talk to him in person only to be told he was on a call when I could clearly see into his office that he wasn’t. This issue has been going on for months, they keeps my vehicle for days at a time with no loaner and do nothing to fix the issue. Never again in my life will I buy another Land Rover or Jag because once the deal is done, there is no service center to rely on. More
Frustrating Dealing with this service department is no longer worth my time, energy and patience. It is unfortunate they do not care to address customer issues an Dealing with this service department is no longer worth my time, energy and patience. It is unfortunate they do not care to address customer issues and then are rude when you simply attempt to resolve. Two weeks for a factory air bag recall, two thousand in “additional repairs”, charged more than the quote approved and no updates except when I reached out. Then comes the fixed response “they are busy” even though you have a long scheduled appointment. I dared to fill out a survey and received an unpleasant call from the service agent complaining about my review-which I pointed out did not disparage his efforts- and he said on a Friday he would follow up on my concerns the following week. That was five months ago. More

Do what we did...test drive in Portland then buy in California. I was able to beat their price by 4900 dollars and that included the shipping cost to get vehicle here. I tried to negotiate with Portland letting them know I wanted to buy local and they said they didn’t need to negotiate.... ok then. I will save 4900 bucks then and get exact car I was wanting. More
We purchased a stunning white 2012 Porsche Cayenne S from this Land Rover dealership in June 2013. All our communication was done remotely by phone and email because we are from Canada. We had the great fort this Land Rover dealership in June 2013. All our communication was done remotely by phone and email because we are from Canada. We had the great fortune to deal with Ryan Thompson, who was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help us, even after he had our money. Very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Ryan Thompson at Land Rover Portland and Ivo at Luxury Importing / LuxuryImporting.ca. More
This vehicle (LR3 leased from a dealer (excellent!) in Michigan, developed suspension and steering problems at under 10,000 miles. The dealer had it many times, each time quoting a day or less for repairs Michigan, developed suspension and steering problems at under 10,000 miles. The dealer had it many times, each time quoting a day or less for repairs, and ALWAYS taking around a week or more! Despite many loaners (somethimes two during one repair) they seem to think our job is to return the vehicle endlessly until they finally repair it properly? the last tiem they even managed to damage the inner trim panels (whilst repairing the rear radius arm) and then could not explain how or why that had happened1 Hopeless and hapless, and the higher one went in their management the worse it got! Would not trust them as to quality of repair, time frame or ability to diagnose correctly any faults. Shame as both Michigan dealers were great! More
