We had the pleasure of working with Janet Reist both times. My husband and I purchase A LOT of cars and Janet is the most knowledgeable person we have ever worked with. She knows her product inside out and upside down. There was nothing that she did not know about the vehicle. I was truly impressed. She was patient and interested in our questions and was very accommodating. Janet was very thorough with the delivery of our vehicle and walked us through everything. Phil Lundquist introduced himself to us and was very friendly. He told us of an upcoming off-road event sponsored by the dealership and made sure that an invitation was mailed to us.
