Saw a chip on the door down to the metal when it was returned. Asked dealership for their help to get the chip resolved. Was told they would refer the matter to their manager. I’ve never heard from the manager now weeks later. Surprisingly poor customer service when I’ve handed them more than $82,000. I wasn’t placing blame, just wanted professional help to resolve the chip. I will never return to this dealership. More

I had a poor experience with the dealership. Service staff was pleasant, but it took 10 days to get a part/fix due to bad weather. Sure…. No loaner can was offered since I didn’t buy from this dealership, I moved here from Florida so I guess I don’t qualify. I paid the bill online which was very convenient. The Service department is listed as open on Saturdays on their website, but when I arrived on Saturday I was told that Service is closed. Showroom was empty but staff did not offer to help, in fact, they barely moved. Front desk person was the worst at customer service and told me she would “never release a car on Saturday under any circumstances”. I asked for a manager, and she got Jeff Uftring. He was very pleasant, looked at my receipt on my phone and gave me my keys. Land Rover vehicles don’t have the best reputation for quality, so it’s really up to the dealership to provide a quality experience. The staff at JLR Peoria did the exact opposite. Repeat visits for the same issue, no loaner car, a long time to fix, and very rude staff have me looking elsewhere. More
