Brought my jaguar in for an oil and filter change. I was advised that this would take approx. 20-30 minutes. I waited for over 2 hours and when I would ask what was going on, I was told that my car would b advised that this would take approx. 20-30 minutes. I waited for over 2 hours and when I would ask what was going on, I was told that my car would be out "soon". Apparently "soon" means different things to different people because I waited a total of 3.5 hours for an oil change. They even told me to come to the front outside and they would bring it to me. That accounted for the last 30 minutes of my wait...left standing for 30 minutes with no car coming out. I finally left the waiting area, walked in the cold out to the back of the building searching for me car and saw that it was about 7th in line to be washed by the crew at the onsite car wash. It had a sign on it stating "Customer Waiting". It was the only car that had such a sign on it, but yet it was in the back of the line. Was this a joke? I would have laughed had I not wasted 3.5 hours of my life at this stupid, unhelpful, ripoff service facility. I could have gone to Zap Lube for 15 minutes and 1/4 the price!!!!! We have leased Jaguar’s in the past and gave up on them in 2011 because they lacked AWD.
