SLEAZY USED CAR TACTICS When you shop on line for a used car 9 times out of 10 when you show up at the lot, the car you discussed before getting there is rarely there or sign When you shop on line for a used car 9 times out of 10 when you show up at the lot, the car you discussed before getting there is rarely there or significantly different. So the best thing to do is go to a reputable dealer. One would think going to a Land Rover Dealer with the Prestige name attached would be the right move. WRONG!!!!!! I spoke to Servet Acar the day before. We discussed the exact Range Rover Sport I wanted, the exact interior, exterior and features. We agreed on a very good price. We agreed on a time to meet at the dealership...I got my loan worked out and had my check in hand. I even called him and texted him the whole time and worked around his morning off. I texted him an hour before I got there and he told me he was getting everything together not to waste my time.....You know where this is going....I took off of work and drove out from Manhattan. As soon as I got there I found out I was bait and switched!!!! They played the wait let me discuss with my manager game and made me sit there for a half hour trying to figure out how to con me to spend more money on something I did not want. Of course there were plenty of more expensive ones I could chose from that met my needs, but not the one they advertised on line or for the price on line. Scott McCann the Manger couldn't have cared less. Servet apologized and promised to make it up to me HAHAHAHAHA! Not a single call after. Buying a 65k truck SHOULD NOT be like this. Stay away from this horse and pony show, go to a reputable dealership! More

Our sales consultant was Trevor Brennan and from our first call to the dealership inquiring about the Range Rover he was very thorough and helpful through out the whole process. We felt very comfortable working with him on our trade in and new purchase. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped guide us through the process without us feeling pursuided in anyway. He followed up with us after our purchase and we couldn't be happier with our new vechicle. We would recomend him and this dealership to anyone. More

In a climate where so many companies preach customer service, very few can actually produce it. I would like to congratulate you and your team at Prestige on providing excellent customer service, knowledge of your product and attention to detail. All of which resulted in my purchase of a new luxury vehicle. When someone is considering a substantial expenditure they have an expectation of being treated in a special way. I thank you for making me feel special and valued as a customer. The General Sales Manager Bill Gonyea makes it almost impossible to imagine purchasing a car from anywhere else. Ask for him you won't be disappointed! More

HORRIBLE! I wish I could give them no stars. The service department NEVER returns phone calls. Called three times leaving 3 messages and still no call back. Bro I wish I could give them no stars. Brought my truck Into Paramus with an issue with lights on my dash and truck losing power while driving with my 2 ys old son in the car, and had it serviced and "fixed" . Not even two weeks later, the same issue happened again. I brought it back to Paramus land rover and they checked it again, and so called "fixed" the problem AGAIN! Mind you, every time I brought the truck in, they kept it for a week or so at a time. A few months later, I brought the truck in again, and found out now that I'm having fuel injector issues. I explained to them In the beginning and told me I needed injector seals. Now this time, they're telling me the injectors are still leaking. Im thinking that since they worked on my truck prior to this, I brought up the issue with the injector seals and they told me it has nothing to do with what they did. If the seals were replaced a few months ago. Why would they be leaking?!?! I got charged 3900$ and they kept my truck for two weeks WITHOUT a loaner, since they refused to give me one. Got the truck back, not even 15 miles later, the same lights on my dash came back up again. Tried to drive the truck back to the Paramus dealer the next day, and the truck wouldn't move. It has NO power and I had to have it towed. Dropped it off AGAIN, and against, NO LOANER, bc they refused to give me one again, and another two weeks without my truck. Or any vehicle for that matter. Got the truck back mid November and now again, here we are in March, the same lights are on my dash AGAIN!!!!!!! Made another appointment with Paramus, talked to the service advisor and she told me they're going to charge me $134 an hour to check and diagnose the truck. Tried to explain to them that this is the 4th time with the SAME issue with my truck and they still wanted to charge me to "look at it". Everything that happened with my truck, I have kept videos and photos, along with videos of the service department advisor and head service manager telling me the parts they used have a 12 month or 12000 mile warranty. I havent even pwned the truck for a year yet. But look at that, they won't honor their warranty. That's ok, I have it all on video. So, I decided to take it to Paul miller land rover in parsippany and had them diagnose my truck, to tell me it's the SAME exact parts that Paramus changed that's causing my issues. I wish they'd understand I am driving with my 2 year old son in the car, and god forbid the truck starts acting up with my son in the car, causing an accident, WHOS RESPONSIBLE???? More

I recently had a service on my LR2 done at Prestige Land Rover. As usual the service was excellent. It started with an easy service scheduling call on the phone. A quick and painless drop-off process and Rover. As usual the service was excellent. It started with an easy service scheduling call on the phone. A quick and painless drop-off process and pickup of the loaner vehicles. My car was returned as planned and everything was done to my satisfaction. I've bought 4 cars from Prestige Land Rover and there is a reason why....best after sales service I've ever experienced. Later Howard More
