Simple, professional and hassle-free experience I had reached out to Prestige Land Rover in search of a Range Rover sport. What i found was exceptional service, a great deal and most importantly Ron Haro. Ron was not only knowledgable about the vehicle, he took time to explain and explore the items I had inquired about. As I live in New York City, my initial interaction was through text and email, where Ron Answered my questions and we structured my deal, before I even visited the dealership. The dealership experience was awesome. Ron and the team prepped the vehicle and made all of the arrangements prior to my visit. Rudy, from Finance, was like icing on the cake. Up front, no gimmicks, just a genuine individual. I highly Recommend Ron and the folks at Prestige Land Rover without and hesitations. Jeff and Steven Are Standup Guys! It is rare these days to find a car salesperson who will stand by their offerings and deliver on their promises. Just some background, I discovered a beautiful fully loaded, certified 2014 Jag XJL with less than 17K miles on Autotrader.com for an amazing price. I immediately called the next day. I made a lower counter offer to Steven who presented it to Jeff. Jeff said the price was actually mis-marked, but he would honor it since I was the first to call. I had Steven hold it with a deposit for 24 hours to decide. During that time the price was adjusted several thousand dollars upwards to reflect the actual market price. I called the next day and declined the offer. I continued thinking about the car and the fabulous deal over the weekend. I called Steven on Monday morning asking if the car was still available and if I could purchase the car, but at the original lower price. He and Jeff honored the deal without any exceptions or hesitation. I ended up with a fabulous CPO Jaguar XJL Portfolio FULLY loaded at a price that was nearly $10K lower than any comparable car ANYWHERE (believe me since I scoured over 150 listings on Autotrader!). Throughout the process Steven got me photos and additional info while arranging the pickup date and time with the auto transport. Thanks Steven and Jeff! I highly recommend Jeff, Steven and the whole team at Prestige Jaguar! More

This was quite slow and frustrating with turnaround taking usually 24 hours and many questions going My initial contact was through email with Rose. This was quite slow and frustrating with turnaround taking usually 24 hours and many questions going unanswered over a period of about 2 weeks. This changed dramatically when I decided to visit and I got to work with Roshan. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me as I went line by line through the financials with him during the negotiation process. We got a deal done with a minimal amount of fuss. He (and the team) was professional, courteous, respectful and responsive. Jay was also involved and gave me all of the details I asked for in the financials; he also came up with something I didn't think of and saved me a few dollars. During pick up I got to work with Rudy who was very well prepared and explained every piece of paper and all of the details of the contracts. Excellent outcome. More
