Jeff and Steven Are Standup Guys! It is rare these days to find a car salesperson who will stand by their offerings and deliver on their promises. Just some background, I discovered a beautiful fully loaded, certified 2014 Jag XJL with less than 17K miles on Autotrader.com for an amazing price. I immediately called the next day. I made a lower counter offer to Steven who presented it to Jeff. Jeff said the price was actually mis-marked, but he would honor it since I was the first to call. I had Steven hold it with a deposit for 24 hours to decide. During that time the price was adjusted several thousand dollars upwards to reflect the actual market price. I called the next day and declined the offer. I continued thinking about the car and the fabulous deal over the weekend. I called Steven on Monday morning asking if the car was still available and if I could purchase the car, but at the original lower price. He and Jeff honored the deal without any exceptions or hesitation. I ended up with a fabulous CPO Jaguar XJL Portfolio FULLY loaded at a price that was nearly $10K lower than any comparable car ANYWHERE (believe me since I scoured over 150 listings on Autotrader!).
