Extremely satisfied with my experience at Prestige Jaguar. Stopped by to look at the new Jaguar XF and was warmly greeted by Alex Malke, Sales Representative. I was very impressed with the car's design and since I didn't have time to take it for a test drive that day Alex scheduled one based on my availability. After returning for the test drive I was convinced that this was the car I wanted. I sat down with Alex and Bill Gonyea, General Sales Manager and listed the options I wanted and that my strong color preference was black with black interior. Although it appeared that this color car was not in stock they searched and located one. They explained the lease options available and worked with me to provide a very acceptable cost. They also provided a very reasonable trade-in value on my existing car. The whole process was very informative and handled in a most professional manner. The car was delivered on time, clean and ready to go. I would have no reservations in recommending Prestige Jaguar to my friends and suggest they deal with Alex Malke and Bill Gonyea. More
