"Excellent Customer Serice" I had been searching for a Range Rover Evoque. I knew exactly what I wanted. I called Prestige in Paramus. From the moment I started speaking to him, he put me at ease. He answered all my questions I had. He even called me on his day off to answer my questions! Now that’s customer service! We drove 2 hours to look at the car. I fell in love instantly! He was very thorough in showing me everything in the car. There was a tire that we didn’t like and Garrett had it changed immediately. He also assured me my payment would be where I needed it to be and worked with Tom in finance to get it there. We went on a Saturday which was extremely busy. The staff made sure we were comfortable while waiting and constantly checked on us. I can’t say enough about the customer service. Thank you to Jay, Marco, Tom, and especially Garrett for making this an amazing car buying experience! Kelly Blanco More
Amazing new Discovery with AWESOME&FAST customer service! I've been leasing for over 15 years and anyone who leases knows...it takes forever to get through the process and paper work from start-to-finish. I walked in on a Wed. evening, was greeted warmly by the receptionist, who quickly introduced me to my sales rep. Roshan Ramdass, who expertly answered all of my questions and even made the impossible...possible! How??? I wanted a LR Discovery or Evoque with specific features (including remote start) but was told that they were not quite there yet and wouldn’t be in these cars until later this year. My existing lease was ending in 2 weeks, so I didn't have the luxury of time to wait. Roshan must've saw my disappointment as I've always wanted a Rover (my favorite vehicle EVER!) He said, give me a moment and within 5 minutes he returned and confirmed that there was an app. that I could use which would give me the Remote Start feature I so wanted. After working out the pricing and even getting my FAVORITE color with ALL of the features I wanted, I was all set in record breaking time. I returned that Friday at noon for my pick-up appt., met with Tom Pasquale (who was equally as courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of my time by having all of my paper-work prepped ahead of time and ready to go)...which had me driving home in my new car in less than 2hrs (including a thorough and complete car over-view)! Unheard of in the car buying/leasing process of today (I never understood why it would take some other place 4, 5, 6+ hours to complete a deal!) Efficient, experienced, professional, and friendly! I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the market to pay Prestige Land Rover (of Paramus) a visit...and ask for Roshan! More

INCOMPETENT GENERAL MANAGEMENT running wild at Prestige Land Rover in Paramus. The GM's Bill Gonyea & Jeff Padilla. How you've both ascended to the ranks of management considering your lack of professionalism and individual character is absolutely mind blowing. Here are the details of my experience: Saturday 3/5- Referred to Prestige Land Rover of Paramus by a friend. Met GM Bill Gonyea & Sales people Jennifer and Ashley. (Ladies you were great and thank you for everything) Test drove Range Rover Sport (RRS) and discussed color options. Pricing and details were to follow on Monday. Monday 3/7- Selected RRS, Confirmed it was In Stock, Confirmed the OOP (Out of Pocket), Payment, Mileage and Term. Completed a credit application and left a deposit. Later that afternoon I was told the vehicle I was offered was sold that morning. 2 additional vehicles with similar MSRP's were offered in its place. Tuesday 3/8 -Selected substituted vehicle ($1300 more) told my payment would increase by $200 a month? Doesn't make any sense. After some back and forth with my sales person I'm told my original deal (deposit placed) was wrong and the new quote is correct. After some further inquiries on my part I received a call from Jeff Padilla another "GM". Jeff apologized and stated "I'm sorry we misquoted you ON THE SECOND PRICE we gave you. The Original deal that you gave us a deposit on is CORRECT. However, the monthly payment of the RRS will increase by about $44 not $200 because after all it is $1300 more." I ask, Are you sure? He confirms. Wednesday 3/9- I stop in on and test drive the higher MSRP RRS with Jennifer. She requests the afternoon to confirm the numbers again with Bill Gonyea the "GM" and will send me the offer in writing via email later in the day. I received a call from her later that afternoon stating that she is waiting to speak with the "GM" Bill Gonyea and she will not put the offer in writing until she has the absolutely correct final offer details. Thursday 3/10- I receive Jennifer's written offer as discussed and confirmed the sales figures. I accept. At this point they have already completed my credit inquiry and no issue is communicated at this time. I reach out to Bill Gonyea via email praising both Ashley and Jennifer for their professionalism as well as thanking him for his involvement along with a request to call me. Shortly after my email we (Bill & I) speak on the phone and again CONFIRM the deal. Jennifer and I later decide on Saturday to deliver my RRS. Saturday 3/12- My wife and I arrive at the store, we are greeted by Jennifer, we go through the process of adding the RRS to our car insurance and at this point we're waiting...and waiting...and waiting. My spidey-senses begin to tingle and I start to realize that something's wrong. Bill Gonyea & Jeff Padilla both deficient of professionalism and individual character send Jay Yarber yet another "GM" to inform me that they AGAIN calculated the deal incorrectly and my payment will not be what was offered in writing and accepted. Frustrated, I patiently ask: Okay, how much more will it be? Nearly $300 more a month this time. And I'm told that I have poor credit. This was shocking as my credit score regularly resides in the mid to high 700 range. According to the TransUnion Report the credit inquiry was made on 3/10. Saturday was 3/12 if there was an actual issue why not communicate this information to me prior to my arrival on Saturday? Mr. Yarber new to what can only be described as "the situation" states that he can work with my credit score but the deal was still calculated incorrectly and my payment will be nowhere near what was offered and accepted. Needless to say, the deal and any willingness to lease a vehicle from this dealership were both dead. Neither Bill Gonyea or Jeff Padilla had the professionalism or testicular fortitude to apologize to my wife and I about the complete waste of time they were responsible for. Instead they offered up Mr. Yarber as the sacrificial lamb. He was empathetic but unable to offer an acceptable solution given the circumstances. I demanded the immediate refund of my deposit and was out the door never to return. Suspicious of the sudden change to the offer, I contacted a friend at a competing Land Rover Dealership. I shared the details of the offer along with MSRP, VIN etc and he was able to verify that there was no miscalculation made as my wife and I suspected. I strongly believe that they "The GM's" had the opportunity to sell the RRS at a higher price that afternoon and that's why they chose to be disingenuous and change the offer knowing it would be rejected. So either these "GM's" are grossly incompetent or collectively operating with intent. I believe it was intent. This experience has only served to poison my perception of the Prestige Auto Group and there is no surprise that many customers echo the same feeling as many of them have rated their experience at Prestige Land Rover poorly as well. More

The level of professionalism and service was superior to any dealership/ sales person I have worked with in the past. I walked in at lunch time, found the car I wanted in the showroom floor and Servet had it ready to go by 5pm! No hassles or bargaining- he was honest and gave me the best deal possible on my trade in vehicle. I have nothing but praise for Servet Acar, who is probably Prestige Jaguar/Land Rover top salesman based on the attitude and professionalism he displayed to me. I bought this car as my 65th birthday present and it's been the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Right from the beginning he answered every one of my calls as well as texts immediately if not within minutes. Every conversation I had with him assured me I was buying a quality traded car from 1200 miles away. I even had the confidence in him that convinced me to buy the car sight unseen which I have never done before. I made arrangements with him to fly in and pick the car up a week later and drive it home. He introduced us to the car and spent another hour and a half showing me all the features of this fine automobile on a late Friday night when he and I were the only ones there because the dealership was closed and I was more worried about him not being home with his wife. I can probably write another few pages about my experience but I think you know what I'm saying about Servet. Buy a car from Prestige but make sure you ask for Servet! More
