Above and Beyond! I bought a certified preowned 2014 Range Rover Sport HSE yesterday from Jennifer Falcon. She was an absolute doll from beginning to end.. Came in on Monday and there was no vehicle there that met my criteria so my wife and I left a bit disappointed. She promised to call as soon as she found something. The following day (Tuesday) she called to tell me she had found the perfect car and sent me pictures and all of the specs on it as well. By 4pm Wednesday I was driving off the lot in my new Range Rover!! She went above and beyond for me. So happy with her and her manager Jeff!! More
