My experience at Land Rover was quick, easy and greatly appreciated. The location is well kept all the staff was very friendly and family like environment. Made good deal over email/phone first, then brought my trade in (after 4 hr drive). Then claimed the bank would only loan me certain amount but what he really wanted was another 12k down. Car they sold to me was not mechanically inspected as promised. Radio did not work, a/c freon was 2.5lbs(out of 3) empty. A/C vents do not work properly, no manual, no key to lock doors or tailgate, no promised. Radio did not work, a/c freon was 2.5lbs(out of 3) empty. A/C vents do not work properly, no manual, no key to lock doors or tailgate, no pwr pack or remote for winch(it's not even wired to car - just screwed on(Mgr. told me no pwr is necessary-it's an automatic winch!!)). Engine exhaust spray painted to conceal rust, A/C consendation leaks into cabin, no jack or spare, fuel gauge/light broken, etc., etc. Dealer would not return calls. More
