Additionally, both Matt and Bryan Forbes were extremely helpful in getting my purchase delivered without any inconvenience to myself. It's a great day when one can purchase a vehicle, go back to work, and get home to find vehicle parked nicely in the driveway. All in all, it was a great experience and would highly recommend considering a purchase from this dealership not just for the cars per say, but also for the quality of the sales and service staff. I decided that I wanted to buy myself a Range Rover for my birthday. I went to the Land Rover web site, built my dream car, and clicked on the button to have the names of dealers sent to me. I received the names of two dealerships, the closest one being in Orlando. The dealer contacted me by telephone and we talked about the options. He told me that at least one of the options was not available on the car model that I wanted. I told him that according to the Land Rover web site this was not true. Then he told me that another was option was dealer installed and would cost $6,000. I replied that I was already paying over $83,000 and that the cost of the option did not matter to me. I just wanted to know the final price of the car with all the options. I emailed the list of options I wanted and he said he would get back to me. We finally arranged a meeting. He asked me to bring some papers showing that I owned a house in my state and I was a permanent resident even though I said I wanted to pay cash for the car. At the meeting, I showed the dealer the documents, and he had me answer questions from a questionnaire. He then made copies of my documents and took them to his manager. When he returned, he told me that "it was nothing personal" but because of a quota issue, he could not order the car. The dealer could have told me this via telephone or email. It was not necessary for me to drive for over an hour. He wasted my time and his. In spite of this shabby treatment, I still want to buy a Range Rover. However, I am puzzled at the treatment I have received and wonder if Land Rover really wants to sell cars. More

I never write reviews, but my experience with this dealer was so bad, I want to make sure the same thing doesn't happen to anyone else. I live in Jacksonville, FL and saw a car online at this dealer. I emailed the dealer on a Saturday and the following Monday inquiring about the car. I also called the dealer Tuesday and Wednesday to make sure the car was still available. 5 minutes before I left my house to make the 2 hour drive down there, I called one final time to check on the availability of the car and they insisted it was available and told me to come on down. As soon as I arrive at the dealer, they let me look at the car and only after I spent 10 minutes looking at it inside and out and am ready to buy, they finally tell me the car has actually already been sold. While all this is going on, they are appraising my trade-in and offer $3,000 less than a previous dealer had offered. When I said that was not acceptable, the salesman wadded up the paper right in my face and threw it away before I could even leave his office. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! Very rude and inconsiderate sales staff! More

The service department misdiagnosed the cause of a loud noise in my 2004 Range Rover as a $900 hub, which they had to special order. I went to a very highly-rated auto repair shop for a second opinion, they found the real cause of the noise and informed me that I didn't need the hub. When I went back to Land Rover Orlando to obtain a refund, they told me that it was their "policy" not to refund money for special order parts. The lack of empathy and understanding was unbelievable, everybody kept referring to their "policy." Since 1991, I have owned three Range Rovers, a Defender and a Discovery, all purchased from a Land Rover dealer in the northeast. I contacted the GM of my old dealership and he said he'd never stick a customer with an unneeded part, much less one that was mistakenly ordered based on an incorrect diagnosis of the underlying problem. Policies are set by dealerships. This dealership decided to stick me with the part rather than carry a slow-moving part in its inventory. I will never go back to Land Rover Orlando. More
Great experience, as a first-time Land Rover customer, with LR Orlando dealership. Having leased BMW X5's for over 10 years from the reputable Fields BMW Winter Park dealership, I knew nothing about Rang with LR Orlando dealership. Having leased BMW X5's for over 10 years from the reputable Fields BMW Winter Park dealership, I knew nothing about Range Rovers or this LR dealership (also owned by Fields Auto Group). Sales associate Erik was a pleasure to deal with... knowledgeable, efficient and highly-experienced. Erik's assistant, Robert is a class-act too, in taking delivery of the RR Sport and follow-through after taking delivery. Erik also worked hard in helping me find the right features/color combo and model. It took me about two weeks to decide, and Erik was patient every step of the way. The sales manager, Veronica was a pleasure to deal with too. She worked hard in creating an excellent lease rate with the best bank for me, while smoothly facilitating my getting out of the BMW lease into the RR lease. Since taking delivery of this RR Sport, LR Orlando has exceeded my expectations, from sales, to service and parts... exceptional service. I'm glad I made the big switch from BMW to LR, and highly recommend Erik at Orlando Land Rover. More
