We were wondering the lot when Erik Ahlberg approached us. Erik was very helpful without being pushing - he allowed us to take a look at all of the vehicles on the lot and let him know when we were ready for a test drive. After the test drive, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Overall, the process went smoothly, very painless. I was out of there with my new car in about an hour which included the time to do all paperwork and also for the technology expert to give me a run down of the car.
