Cade, I spoke with you regarding this transaction, as well as my preowned manager and my finance manager. We had taken 2 deposits on this ’04 Toyota, and yours was the second deposit. The end buyer who had the initial deposit had an issue with his funds at first but was able day two to sort it out and consummate his purchase. As discussed, apparently, our salesperson assumed that the first buyer was not going to be able to conclude his transaction when he accepted your deposit. I’m glad as you expressed on the phone, that you were able to cancel all your plans without a penalty. Again, I apologize for the confusion, but there certainly was no bait and switch.
