ZERO STARS! Land Rover of Orlando sold me a used LEMON. This dealership does NOT stand behind the vehicles they sell. This has been the worst experience in my life pertaining to an automobile. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar F-Type and purchased their “top of the line” extended warranty. In 20 months and as little as 13,300 miles drive time my car has been at my local dealership 8 times for repairs and a combined total of 5 months. Each time this car broke down it was a struggle to get the warranty company to approve the claim resulting in a delay of the repair. On one occasion it took 31 days and on the most recent occasion, 3 months before the claim was approved. During the most recent situation, due to the struggles to get the claim approved and the length of time without a vehicle, I felt helpless, so I reached out to my sales rep for assistance/ guidance. He put me in contact with the warranty sales rep who assured me he would assist and get back in touch with me as soon as possible. I never heard another word, so I followed up with additional phone calls and emails to them both. Once again, no response from either. Then I reached out to the sales manager, the service manager, the Lithia manager, and the General Manager. Not one person returned my phone calls or emails. Not one person tried to assist. They do not stand by their vehicles, warranty, or the customer. I will never purchase another vehicle from Land Rover of Orlando as long as I live. More
