“Excellent Customer Service” I searched months for my second Range Rover evoque. This time the search was a little more difficult since I wanted to buy a convertible. I found my perfect match online at Land Rover Orlando. Shortly after that I spoke with Michael Kammer who put me at ease being the eyes looking over my car since I was buying it sight unseen. There has to be a lot of trust in the sales person you are working with & I had never bought a car without seeing it in person. The negotiating process was quick and painless Many things needed to be done to transfer a car across state lines to South Carolina. Michael could not have been easier to work with. He was great and following up with everything from the payment to hold the car, the link to pay for the car to be delivered to South Carolina to handling all the paperwork. I couldn’t be more pleased with land rover Orlando’s customer service. From the receptionist answering to the phone to the sales manager and finance, I would say from beginning to end it was a five-star experience you just don’t get everywhere! More
