Disappointing Experience Terrible sales experience. My wife and I are repeat customers of Bob Moore Land Rover, returning to purchase another Rover Sport for my wifes birthda Terrible sales experience. My wife and I are repeat customers of Bob Moore Land Rover, returning to purchase another Rover Sport for my wifes birthday. We worked with 3 different sales people, all who told us they could make a deal happen in a short amount of time, only to find out that their New Car Sales Manager Shawn decided not to support what they told us. They have left me in a bind and wasted our time. Sadly, they didn't even act like it mattered much. They don't care to lose a returning customer. Brendon was very knowledgeable and I feel like if he had been working to support what he assured us of, we would have been able to make a deal, but Shawn didn't seem to care. We will have to find another Land Rover dealer to work with from now on. We never questioned their price or even the price of our trade. We were willing to work with them but they weren't willing to work with us. More

Horrible customer service at the front desk I recently went in to have the brakes done on my car and to get a tune up. I was scheduled for brakes, but asked when I dropped my car off at 7:20am i I recently went in to have the brakes done on my car and to get a tune up. I was scheduled for brakes, but asked when I dropped my car off at 7:20am if they could call my husband and talk with him about doing a tuneup. They said they would but did not ever call him. They sent me a text telling me that if I had any questions, I should feel free to text them back, which I did and got no reply. So at 12:30, I finally had my husband call them and they said my brakes were done and they would start the tuneup. At 2:30, I went back to the dealership and they told me that they had only done one side of my plugs and that it would take another two hours to finish. At 4:50, they finally brought my car around. I was upset because this had been a 9-1/2 hour job but I was assured next time would go more smoothly. I have been impeccable on the service of my car. I have written a business check there before. This time, however, they said my check had been refused. And, there were about 10 people at the front desk. The girl at the desk handed me her phone to talk to the check verification people. I could not hear them and I could not adjust the volume since it wasn't my phone or one I am familiar with. They were very rude at the desk. I asked them why I could write a $20K down payment check on the same account and by a $67K vehicle, but couldn't write a $2K check. The girl called her supervisor over, who just stood there basically and said they couldn't take my check. I knew this was going nowhere, so I paid with a credit card. I'm glad you had to suck up the cost of accepting it as that is the only pleasure I had with this whole ordeal. I was told I could get with their check approval company to find out why my check was denied. After multiple (10) attempts, I finally found out today that the girl at the front desk had entered my husband's cell phone number as the business number (even though the correct number was one the check) and she had entered that it was a personal check, even though it CLEARLY was not. Everyone at your front desk, including staff and customers could see that I was very upset and your staff did NOTHING to rectify the situation. And then the girl at the front desk had the nerve to tell me to have a nice day. Your service manager called me the next day to tell me they were sorry and were looking into this. Of course, I have not heard back from him. He also texted me with an auto reply text telling me I could reply to him but he has also not answered my text. I will not be buying my next car from Bob Moore Rover. If I buy one, it will be from Land Rover of Dallas. I don't spend my money with companies that treat people like this. You have a nice day... Both of these guys were extremely professional and I bought a 2018 F-Pace at Land Rover - Jaguar of Oklahoma City today. I dealt with Isaiah & Moses. Both of these guys were extremely professional and helpful. Isaiah is one of the best salesmen I've dealt with. He really knows his products and was very patient and helpful when I was trying to finalize my decision. Moses was great about helping me understand and finalize the deal. I can't recommend these two guys enough! Great dealership! More
Service, what service? Called for an issue with my vehicle that was less than 2 years old and had less than 10,000 miles on it. Soonest they could see it was 10 days out. Complete opposite of what I was told when I bought the vehicle. The dealer supposedly prided their service department with their immediate responsiveness and ability to fit owners with a loaner car. Clearly this isn’t the case as this is the second time I’ve encountered a long wait time for an appointment. Very disappointed with Land Rover and this service department. More
