This a buying experience that I'd rather not repeat. Initiated by phone my initial visit appeared great. When turned over to the financial agent everything went downhill. The paperwork failed to account for the down payment. When I called their attention to this the agent lacked the know how to do so. Several attempts at correcting matter failed. Finally, after about 45 minutes, someone knew what to do. Secondly, the 2nd vehicle key fob went missing with no explanation as to where it might be, only a promise to deliver it later. Lastly, at the outset, the vehicle was to have a certain part added. I was assured that it was with the vehicle and the service department would have it installed. NOT DONE! Upon delivery of the vehicle, I was told that they would have to order it and that I would get it later. It seems that this dealership is good with promises, but much is needed with follow through. More

Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a used vehicle and also the extended warranty after promises were made for coverages that were false. After confronting the sales manager, I was promised a vehicle and also the extended warranty after promises were made for coverages that were false. After confronting the sales manager, I was promised a refund and after numerous attempts to communicate and receive a refund over $2,000, I have yet to hear a single word and they have kept the money and causing me to pay interest. Criminal in my opinion. Find a dealer that cares about its clients and level of service and not this one that won’t communicate or return money that is due. More
