Good customer service Right from setting up a service appointment to driving your car away from the dealership, the process is so smooth. I have been with LRFH for over 4 y Right from setting up a service appointment to driving your car away from the dealership, the process is so smooth. I have been with LRFH for over 4 years now and have never been to any other dealership or service centers. I can schedule an appointment online, I can choose which service advisor I want to work with, I have the option of getting a loaner vehicle, I get an itemized list of things that are absolutely necessary and services that are good to have, so I can choose what to get done now (helps plan my budget too). I have worked with a lot of service advisors but every one of them has been professional and courteous. Looking for many more years of such service from LR family! Keep it up! More
