My first Land Rover! My first experience was to call the dealership and talk with a salesperson to set an appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist introduced me to our salesperson and the vehicle I was interested in was already pulled up and ready to go! I took it for a moderate test drive (about 10-15 miles) and even though I fell in love with it, my wife and daughter had a few concerns - we discussed these with our sales person and another model was quietly and respectfully suggested. Once we drove the 2nd vehicle, our entire family agreed that we had found the one! I sat down for literally 20 minutes to answer a few questions about financing and within approx. 60 minutes or less of time standing in the dealership, we had finalized our trade-in, lease agreement, everything! We were given the option of coming back later that evening to take delivery, and when we did the vehicle was fully prepped. We were encouraged to take as much time as needed with our delivery tech to feel comfortable with every single feature of our vehicle and our salesperson even came out to our home a few days later to make sure we still loved our new Rover. The Service was in one word "Exceptional". I am just now 5 months later going back in to get the oil changed and a minor recall handled - the dealership is providing us with a Jaguar sedan to enjoy while the Rover is in their hands. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Land Rover. More
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WENT THERE TO BUY RANGE ROVER SPORT. I TOLD THE SALES PERSON THAT I LIKE TO TEST DRIVE IT. HE TOLD ME TO GET YOUR LOAN APPROVED AND THEN WE CAN I WENT THERE TO BUY RANGE ROVER SPORT. I TOLD THE SALES PERSON THAT I LIKE TO TEST DRIVE IT. HE TOLD ME TO GET YOUR LOAN APPROVED AND THEN WE CAN DO THAT. I SAID OKAY. THEY RUN MY CREDIT IT SHOWS AROUND 790. I SAID NOW CAN I TEST DRIVE NOW . HE SAID YOU SHOULD BUY IT FIRST. I SAID OKAY. I TOLD HIM THAT I WANT TO DRIVE FIRST. THEY LET ME TEST DRIVE IT FOR TWO MILES. THEY WANT 51000 AND I TOLD HIM 50000 BECAUSE KBB SHOWS THIS VALUE. SALES PERSON SAID THAT HIS MANAGER WANTS TO TALK TO ME. I WENT TO HIS OFFICE . HE SAID BUY IT FOR 51000 OR YOU HAVE TO PAY $150 FOR TEST DRIVE . I SAID I DO NOT WANT TO BUY THEN. HE SAID LEAVE HIS DEALERSHIP AND DO NOT COME BACK HERE. VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE 40 EMPLOYEES IN MY COMPANY. IF MY EMPLOYEE SAY TO ANY CUSTOMER LIKE THIS. I WOULD FIRE HIM RIGHT AT THE SPOT. HE SHOULD NOT BE MANAGER AT ALL. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. IF HE DID NOT AGREE WITH ME WITH THE PRICE. HIS ANSWER SHOULD BEEN I AM SORRY WE CAN NOT SELL IT FOR LESS THAN 51 BECAUSE WE WILL LOSE MONEY. WE APPRICATE YOU THAT YOU CHOOSE US TO BUY YOUR SUV. I WISE I CAN DO THAT PRICE. 8 YEARS OLD KID WOULD DO BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICER THANK THIS DEALERSHIP MANAGER. I HOPE OWNER OF THIS DEALERSHIP READS THIS SO HE CAN SEND THIS GUY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. SO THEY WOULD NOT LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS THERE. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS NO BUSINESS WILL DO GOOD FOR LONG. It was time for me to downsize from SUV as kids had their own vehicles now. When I got there, I was approached by Rob and all my questions were answered along with a test drive that left me eager to have my husband come and experience this. Rob was very helpful, friendly and ready for us when we return the following day. Very informative, pleasant to work with and will do business in the future! Love my new Evoque!!! More
Service Good - Loaner Car, not so much The service was as expected. I just hate the fact that I have a Luxuary vehicle and they do not give out loaner cars; they make you rent with Enterp The service was as expected.
