Terrible Customer Service and Vehicle Hate to even give this place a 1 star as the service and care for the customers is less than that. I have had my 2017 Range Rover Evoque for a little Hate to even give this place a 1 star as the service and care for the customers is less than that. I have had my 2017 Range Rover Evoque for a little over 2 years and have experienced more problems than a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. First my speakers were bad and it took them over 2 months and constant follow ups from myself to get this issue resolved. Next, the gas pump indicator must be bad as I have to constantly stand at the gas pump to make sure it does not click off, a huge inconvenience especially in the winter. When I address this issue with them, they give me the run around and says it happens.. I am confused, if they know it happens then why haven't they fixed this. Lastly, the car will "stall when pressing on the gas pedal, just like a delayed acceleration. On top of that in the middle of my driving an error will read "reselect gear to maneuver", which is very dangerous and scary when I am making a turn and a car is coming right behind me. I took it to them, they had my car for a week, called to let me know it was fixed after having to put $300+ for a problem I didn't cause and noticed no change. I drove it for a couple days before seeing the same "reselect gear to maneuver" alert. Have to take time to have them take another look at it. I have been dealing with Jim on all of these occasions, and he can care less about taking care of the customer. As a person in the customer service industry I tend to have a better patience for certain matters, but Jim just does not care. For the cost and status affiliated with Land Rover I am extremely disappointed with my whole experience. I really advise anyone to take a read at the reviews and ask people with their experience with the car. More
nothing is fixed here! they just wash your car at the end! I showed them 10 out of tons of screen shots from my iPhone that "an error occurred with Remote climate" after 3 days they said that we replaced a bat I showed them 10 out of tons of screen shots from my iPhone that "an error occurred with Remote climate" after 3 days they said that we replaced a battery that might help to fix the issue, but I still dont see any improvements and most of the times I cannot start my car with Land-rover certified "remote" app. I also showed them how the doors of my car squeak while being closed and opened, they said and wrote that it is fixed! but still nothing is fixed. even they did not bother themselves to check if the noise is fixed or not by simply opening and closing one of the door of the car! I wish there had been a negative -star rating available here. More
Terrible customer service Had the evoke for almost 2 years and the transmission went out leaving me stranded on a very busy expressway taking my kids to school in the morning. It was In their shop for 4 weeks getting repaired. 2 of those weeks I was driving a Ford Edge from enterprise because they only give you one of their vehicles if it is set up 2 weeks in advance I was told. The other 2 weeks they finally put me back into another evoke. Got the vehicle back and had trouble with it again. Wouldn't go over 35 miles per hour, hesitating, horrible smell, ticking noise and a loud thud noise twice while driving it, also a grinding noise. It had definite problems. Called back to tell them it needed to come back in and they said they couldn't get me in for a week and they had no car to give me either. After arguing with them they called me back and mysteriously had a cancelation, loaner car and someone that finally was able to get the car and bring me a new one. I told them I was not driving it 45 min to them because I didnt feel safe in it. Also, when I got it back the carpet was torn up, there was a huge piece of the car in my trunk and also they were supposed to fix the windshield while it was there for 4 weeks but never did. The lady that was my service advisor was beyond rude to me. Was not trying to help me at all. Told me they don't have loaners to give unless it is set up in advance. This is my first Range Rover and last! I cannot wait until my lease is up. I will never buy or lease another vehicle from them ever. I had a terrible experience here all the way around. Before this vehicle I had an escalade. The Cadillac dealership was top notch. Going from them to Range Rover was like night and day. Too bad because I've had a lot of people ask me about my vehicle and I have not one good thing to say. More
They babied us. My husband and I are getting on in years and don't like to drive in the Detroit area - too much traffic and going too fast. I wanted to have my car serviced and they came to East Lansing and picked it up. Not only that, but they left us a beautiful Jaguar SUV as a loaner (we didn't expect that). I didn't even know there was such a SUV!! My car was back the next day and set for the coming year. More
Amazing experience- they made it so easy to buy a new car I’ve been buying cars for over 30 years. From walking into the dealership, my Salesman Robbie knew what I wanted and my budget range. He was able to work out a win win deal quickly and I purchased my new Range Rover from Farmington. I highly recommend them and they will be my first go to next year when I will be replacing my wife’s car. More

Never go there I’ve purchased two trucks from land rover Farmington hills one in 2015 a Range Rover evoque two door kept cutting off on me and doing weird stuff had I’ve purchased two trucks from land rover Farmington hills one in 2015 a Range Rover evoque two door kept cutting off on me and doing weird stuff had the loaner more than my actual truck. Traded that truck in for a 2016 Range Rover evoque had it for two years within the two years truck kept being in the shop. Asked if I can trade it in but didn’t want another Range Rover still had negative equity on my car they didn’t want to help me exchange my car out or accommodate me for all the trouble I had with there car. Took my car back from them after being in the shop and traded it in and I no longer have that car and I will never go back to them ever More
