Bad service and overpaid for a junk Range Rover I just recently purchase my Range Rover sport, and to my surprise it will shut off sometimes, it has done this a total of 3 times in less than a month I just recently purchase my Range Rover sport, and to my surprise it will shut off sometimes, it has done this a total of 3 times in less than a month, I contacted them to let them know I am unhappy with my purchase. The sales manager wouldn’t even respond to my voicemails or emails. The salesman’s I worked with just does what he’s told by management. I regret ever purchasing from them and I’m now stuck with a overpaid piece of junk. The customer service here is bad and they talk to you with such disrespect. I do not recommend them at all!! More

Worst Service Imaginable We brought our new Land Rover Discovery (12,000 mikes) in for what we thought was electrical issues. The service manager told us we got “bad gas” and We brought our new Land Rover Discovery (12,000 mikes) in for what we thought was electrical issues. The service manager told us we got “bad gas” and that's what caused the problems we were experiencing. When we questioned it, he treated us with disrespect and disregyard. He also told us Land Rover would not warrant the issue. We filed a complaint with the state of MI for the suspected bad fuel and they told us it was NOT the fuel. Needless to say we paid to have the fuel tank drained along with filters replaces. 11k later and three months and the same issue is happening. We WILL NEVER go here again nor will we Purchase another Land Rover product. More

Within a couple of hours we had a call from Amber regarding the necessary work and optional work on our vehicle. We agreed on the work necessary and we received a full email detailing the work. The work was completed as promised and we were able to pick up our vehicle on the date we returned as promised. More
Worst service ever I have used them in the past and it has always been a tedious process, not sure why I was hoping for this to be different. The level of customer service for this dealership is so sub par it is sad. Over the last month I have been having issues with compatibility of my phone ams my Discovery's bluetooth connection. First visit: 7 hours wait to then "update" my connection, not solved. (Note that I had a scheduled time and it was only a 1 hour work) Called in, second visit: visit confirmed with a loaner a weel before, go in, no loaner no confirmed visit on calendar. Third visit: get a loaner, they called me next day saying that it may be in need of an update and wanted to charge me 200 to "try and see". After a 30 min discussion with the guy finally he budged since this was a potential solution and not a guaranteed one. Fourth visit: manager told me that an update was available so I scheduled time with them and a loaner. Got to the dealership and once the car was there, they fogured the update was for a different model, not my car. How or why they didn't know this before (vin number on file) beffudles me. Fourth visit continued: i asked the manager if I needed new tires, he used a caliper and said no just rotate them. I go back and he said, my bad the caliper was not calibrated and you do need new tires. Fourth visit summary (the next day): 1000 dollars, four new tires and an alignment later, it took 30 mins for them to bring my car. I noticed they did not even took the time to do a courtesy wash which they always do and it's part of the service. I called out on it and it took another 20 mins of me waiting for my car. Conclusion: I have owned luxury vehicles in the past (Mostly Mercedes Benz). If this was the only luxury dealership available, I will gladly go to the economy vehicle market. The level of customer service is beyond subpar and I would never recommend them if you have other options. More
Bad service I took my Range rover in to replace the transfer case, My truck is my baby! I only drive it on weekends, so It took me a few days to realize they cra I took my Range rover in to replace the transfer case, My truck is my baby! I only drive it on weekends, so It took me a few days to realize they cracked my dash when they did a warranty air bag replacement at the same time. One post airbag wasn't all the way pushed back in, the rear head rests were left un done, with the crack through the dash which they insinuated came from the sun. I park in a garage. More
