Would recommend this dealership. Purchased an Evoque, worked with Zhubin thru email and at dealership. I found the dealer to offer competitive pricing relative 3 other LR dealers. This was my first time at this dealership and purchasing a Range Rover vehicle. I would have to say that this is the best experience that I have ever had when buying a vehicle. The sales representative Doug Ostroff was professional and curteous the entire time even after making the sale. Doug took an extra hour and a half just to go over all of the equipment and how it functions to make sure we could maximize our experience with the vehicle. He also gave us his personal cell phone number and said we could call him at anytime even to schedule service for the vehicle, or if we had any questions at all. I have called him three times so far and every time he has picked up his phone and continued to be professional and really took care of us. Over all I had the best experience yet and if you need a new range rover ask for doug. More
I called this dealership searching for a 2012 with low mileage. It just so happens the salesman who answered the phone was Doug ostroff, he ended up selling us the car. It made this sometimes stressful process a piece of cake. We know we'll visit Doug again when it's time to purchase another car. More

I had an excellent experince working with Roger. He was most professional and friendly. And was able to quickly shift gears (no pun intended) as I was shifting my direction. My Jake Kaplans' Land Rover (Norwood, MA) experience was GREAT! They seem to have a great client-first culture instilled and it made all the difference in selecting them as the 'winner' of my business. I GREAT! They seem to have a great client-first culture instilled and it made all the difference in selecting them as the 'winner' of my business. I finalized my 2013 RRS lease with them (July 2012) and they won my business for the following reasons: 1) excellent client service, 2) honesty and transparency, 3) soft-sell (vs. hard-sell from other dealers), 4) excellent deal on the first/second/third rounds of discussions - something that took 5-7 rounds for other dealers to even get in the ballpark. In fact, my rep (Roger) and GM (Chris) treated me BETTER than my previous dealership (Herb Chambers BMW and HC Land Rover Sudbury). That says a lot about these guys and also a lot about the other guys. 100% recommend you add them to your short list every time. More
