I had been looking on line at the Range R I wanted to take five minutes to say what a great experience I had with Dan Averbukh of Norwood Land Rover. I had been looking on line at the Range Rover sport. I was drawn to Norwood because of their vast inventory. Despite having a local Land Rover in Bedford, NH. I called to ask about inventory of a specific Range Rover and Dan answered the call. He was very professional, well informed and attentive to my questions and needs. By the time I arrived on site that same day he had three cars waiting for my test drive. He went through the vehicle, the cost, the cost comparison, vehicle comparison and did it super efficiently and with ease. He was comfortable for me to speak to with all my questions and pleasant to do this with, as I am very impatient by nature and never felt the process wasn't moving along at the speed I deemed appropriate. He delivered the car to me and made the whole experience wonderful. More

I called the dealership one day and spoke with a very cheerful but focused salesperson by the name of Renee Acciardo. I was very clear with Renee on what I was looking for in a car and what my expectations were ~ that I wasn't in a hurry and that I would touch base with her in a couple of weeks. Well....to my delight when I reached back out to her....she had done her homework and came back to me with a unit that was "exactly" what I had in my mind. Her knowledge and expertise of the car features was very impressive ~ she was not challenged by any question, and welcomed me to keep asking until I felt comfortable. I felt very secure buying from this dealership as I was not pressured into a buying decision. Renee was very mindful of my needs and spent a lot of time with me making certain that I was 100% happy. She treated me like I was a member of her family. She also just followed up with me a few weeks ago to make sure that I was still happy and enjoying my new car which really impressed me.
