My experience was great the minute I stepped in, till I drove out with my Discovery Sport HSE Lux on the next day. Everything was taken care of swiftly and so smoothly. Renee is simply the BEST! She is very patient, helpful, resourceful and pleasant to work with. Also I should mention that her co-worker Doug was also very helpful though it was not him who sold me the car. But he went above and beyond to make couple phone calls for me to get a relatively cheaper insurance package. Rob from finance also took his time reviewing all different options for coverage. He was very informative, yet gave me an absolute freedom in making my own final decision. My whole experience was so positive that I am quite confident to say you would never regret stopping by at Land Rover Norwood if you're thinking of having one yourself. Only one thing is that I just wish my license plate was not dated July 2015 while the purchase date was on 9/30/15. I am aware that they had no control over this, but I just wish that it was properly dated as September 2015. More
