Easy to buy but terrible service I bought a LR4 from Kaplan several years ago and always have brought it for service there. However the quality of the department has declined badly and my last experience with them was so bad I won't be going back. LR service is expensive and frequent, so a good department makes a big difference. I suggest you look at other dealers that put more effort into their service department because this one is truly terrible in every way. More

I had been deciding between an Audi Q5 and the Evoque and was very upfront about this with Renee. She wasn't pushy at all yet just answered all of my questions and showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle. I am the kind of person who likes to know everything about my vehicle when it comes to options - especially the extra tech options, audio, etc. She walked me through everything before I even committed to buying the vehicle. Since having the Evoque, I've been in touch with Renee for some follow up questions that I forgot to ask when I picked it up.
