From my initial impressions from my conversations with James from Internet sales, to my interactions with Miki, Sonny, and the Owner and her two dogs, it has been nothing but a first class experience!! Their reconditioning on their certified vehicles is hands down the best I have seen from Land Rover! The three day drive all the way back to Texas was well worth the experience I had! Where is all the money going? Land Rover road assistance took my car into this dealership after an accident. It's been almost two months and I finally was able to pick up my car ye Land Rover road assistance took my car into this dealership after an accident. It's been almost two months and I finally was able to pick up my car yesterday (they claim on their site that they have an extensive inventory of parts but their excuse was they had no parts and this is why it took so long). This morning, the engine light was on and the coolant level low and despite email and calls, none of the service people are available to respond and help address the issue. For a luxury brand and a service department that says on their website ("our team will take the time to speak with you"), they sure are a waste of money and time. Awful experience More
