Unbelievable sales experience with Renee Acciardo. I started the process remote, visited Norwood to see the vehicles in person and then finished remote. I didn’t like the Seoul Silver after all, and Renee was only too willing to go to the storage lot and get an Eiger Gray for me to look at. Much better! After returning home, Renee was happy to answer several rounds of emailed questions and we closed the deal via email. The business side (again remote) was handled very efficiently by Michael Knutson. Once transaction was closed, Renee and Product Specialist Cory actually delivered the car to me in New York City! Amazing! Over and above!
