Ultimately I had my vehicle towed from that delaership to these guys at Land Rover North Scottsdale and talk about night and day service. Right away they did everything they could to make my experience better. They communicated well, gave reasonable expectations, and explained what was and would happen. Provided a loaner vehicle while I went through the process. This is what I was looking for when I purchased my vehicle. A dealership that would provide the service and support beyond the vehicle purchase. I only wished my purchase had been with them in the first place.
