February 2021 - Took my 2019 full size Discovery Land Rover for a leaking front windshield (15,000 miles). Was told they have “40 vehicles with the same issue right now”. Apparently that was supposed to make me feel better? The windshields are on back order. It’s been 3 weeks with “no date for shipment” or update available. Frustrated with the small loaner model, so I picked up the car today so I can get it fixed somewhere else before additional damage occurs. Can’t be good for an $80,000 automobile to have water running down the dash and in the control box. Carlos apologizes for not washing the car (it’s covered in mud!) due to the water that would leak from the windshield. Makes sense...not really. Not to be snarky but leaving my vehicle outside during the recent rains on the lot didn’t help things. Literally mud and mesquite needles all over the dashboard and floorboard. (Cuz rain comes in just like car wash water!). Maybe hand washing the car might have been a good idea or at least cleaning off the dashboard, and perhaps parking it inside or taping the gap??? Will NOT EVER step foot in this dealership again. Second bad experience, hence why we purchased this brand new vehicle from Chandler store. I only took it to Scottsdale because the rain/snow on that awful Monday was pouring inside the car. Wish there was an alternative to Penske close by. The service department needs a complete overhaul in customer service. If you’re one of the 40 vehicles held up by the windshield backorder, I’d suggest you take a tarp or some tape and go protect your investment. Something tells me warranty issues will now follow this problem. When I took it in, the driver side vents were not blowing air (hot or cold) and the ABS light kept coming on. I’m only guessing but probably a short somewhere with all the water. I’ll update after it gets fixed at another dealership. More

Dragged me along for three days after getting approved only to discover they can't issue me a title without an out of state license. My dad then tried to buy the car but was told there is a conflict of in only to discover they can't issue me a title without an out of state license. Check engine light came on yesterday morning on my 2016 sport, I took it right to the dealer on my way to my office (still feels odd to say office!), Cheryl took the vehicle in and had the problem diagnose sport, I took it right to the dealer on my way to my office (still feels odd to say office!), Cheryl took the vehicle in and had the problem diagnosed as a defective purge valve, they replaced it and gave me the car back with a fresh wash as expected.
