Dragged me along for three days after getting approved only to discover they can't issue me a title without an out of state license. My dad then tried to buy the car but was told there is a conflict of in only to discover they can't issue me a title without an out of state license. Cargo-less.Land Rover Scottsdale referred me to bring Cargo-less. Land Rover Scottsdale referred me to bring my Land Rover (which I love) to Penske automotive collision "Penske" Scottsdale to get a quo Cargo-less. Land Rover Scottsdale referred me to bring my Land Rover (which I love) to Penske automotive collision "Penske" Scottsdale to get a quote for minor repairs of the cargo strut (popping off again) and a minor bumper repair. The "Penske" estimator wrote an email stating "Hi Lauren, yes the liftgate was hitting the step pad, also my tech showed me that whomever installed the struts that the clamp that goes around them are not sitting properly which is causing the strut to pop out then damage the upper gutter area up the roof" The Strut was installed by Land Rover Scottsdale. "Penske" experts determined the clamps are not sitting properly. Next stop Land Rover Scottsdale to ask if a warranty existed for the replaced strut. I was told No warranty for that work was applicable. I asked even if the problem is improper installation? The service tech never looked at struts and said we can schedule a service. Options we could replace the strut as they don't last long and they always have problems. I explained the strut was replaced 11.1.2017 less than 3 years ago. This doesn't sound right to me. One would hope Land Rover didn't manufacturer a car to replace struts at $388.0 less than every 3 years. L.E More
