Did not have the part needed due to it being on backorder and had no idea when it would be available again. But took the opportunity to suggest other things that they could work on in excess of $6000 More

Unfortunately parts availability continues to be an ongoing concern. I'm sorry we are not able to give you a more accurate arrival date for the part you need. In regards to the other work recommended, it would have been remiss of us not to mention such a severe coolant leak before you left with the vehicle. We picked up your vehicle for service, provided you with a complimentary loaner, and did not charge you for the diagnosis.
