Hi Paul, We thank you for giving us your input. We are sorry that your experience didn't match the level of service that we strive for. The repair that was required to get you back on the road was much more than just a belt replacement. I'm sure the other dealer who gave you their opinion was unaware of all that was involved. And the aftermarket extended warranty that you purchased would not cover the full repair. We would never recommend more than what your vehicle needed. I would be happy to provide you more details. I think your price on parts are a little high. $475 for a key fob and then $128 for the key in it is crazy to me. $1500 bill for two keys is nuts. More
