Brought the car in to check the car out. I don't remember what it was but when I brought it in the guy said no problem we'll check it out. Ok no problem. We'll let you know if we find anything. I come back they found nothing but then I get charged I think $125 or something around that area for a diagnostic test??? The guy never mentioned there would be a charge cuz if it was I would have never did it!! Communication is the key and I thought Land Rover would be different but its the same game with all dealers!! I'm going back to BMW there customer service is way near 5 stars!!! More

I agreed to buy lr4 land rover for full sales, sight unseen. Steve goldsmith said it was ok for me to do the registration myself at my county court house. It only cost $10 to register a vehicle. However jaguar land rover larchmont wanted to charge $312. The finale purchase agreement executed did not have registration fee listed as a line item. Jaguar land rover Larchmont's purchase agreement was paid in full. I scheduled to have car transported three days after all monies received. Transporter arrives at larchmont and is denied Acess to transport the car. Larchmont claims they must register the car and the fee is now $475. Transporter was turned away. the soonest I may get the car will be two weeks after larchmont land rover was paid in full. It has been a miserable internet buying experience. More

The service department handled my call and scheduled my appointment professionaly. They were aware of me when I arrived. Jaguar/Land Rover Larchmont has has essentially shut down their service area You can never get anyone on the phone and they never return phone calls when you leave a message. When we bought a Land Rover they were great- the service area has just stopped working. More
