Not good I leased RR Evoque 2013 from this dealer. The guy who leased us a car had no personality...was as flat as the paint on some of the walls and not a pr I leased RR Evoque 2013 from this dealer. The guy who leased us a car had no personality...was as flat as the paint on some of the walls and not a pretty color. Long story short...received a letter in the mail that requests for us to bring the car back to dealer to fix some minor issue. Brought he car back...end up with dented front bumper post service and engine light that kept coming back on. Brought the car back 3-4 times in one month- bumper fixed at their expanse (after a few unpleasant interactions), the engine light was still on :( Was told "If the car "feels" and drives around fine -its probably nothing"... Who does or says that??? Driving with the engine light ON is not OK! Bottom line - would not go back to them, would not recommend and would not get another RR. Happy owner of Audi Q5 :) More

The only positive moment was that the service was covered by the warranty and I didn't have to pay. My second year of service I took my baby to Land Rover of Larchmont, what a big difference, a whole 360 experience. Great quick service, friendly staff and professionalism. The only thing that surprised me was that I had to pay for an oil change & service. This is my first High End car and the bill caught me off guard. My previous car was a Toyota Venza and I didn't have to pay for any type of service for the first 2 years. I thought by getting a Range Rover Evoque my experience with servicing my car would of been a step up not down. Other than that my experience with this car and dealer are great. One other thing these tires on the Evoque suck, I got about 13 slow leaks within 2 years, these tires pick up the smallest nails. More
3rd times a charm ok so I've later taken ,my truck not once not twice but three times for the same problem, and it took 3 tries to figure out what I've been telling th ok so I've later taken ,my truck not once not twice but three times for the same problem, and it took 3 tries to figure out what I've been telling them for over a year that its my transmission. 500 Dollars later.....they said it'll cost 8300.00 for a new transmission.! Had they listen to me it could have been resolved earlier. Instead, driving for a year, caused more damage. Minor, but worth mentioning, the paperwork said, they topped off my windshield washer fluid, but in fact, didn't. More

We were stuck on the NY thru way on our way home to Martha's Vineyard. Our water pump went, and we assumed that we would be spending two days at least away from home. When the tow truck droped us off, Marty went straight to work in assisting to get our vehicle fixed right away. We are very grateful and because of his kindness, we will be buying a new vehicle from Larchmont because of Marty. Thank you, we are very grateful. Leroy & Bea More
