worst customer service ever in my life purchased a vehicle 01/18 got conned into also purchasing the tire & wheel package & 4 months later got a nail in my tire called the dealership for we purchased a vehicle 01/18 got conned into also purchasing the tire & wheel package & 4 months later got a nail in my tire called the dealership for weeks to get it repaired no answer & nobody got back to me finally a month later after I GOT THE TIRE PLUGGED ON MY OWN I get to customer service who says they wont repair it because there is no air leaking & to poke a hole in my tire if I want a new one im like ok fine guess I gotta pike a hole then , I try to make an appointment the guy says they are backed up & I will need to leave my car for the day but they cannot provide any loners for 3 weeks. this place is terrible beware they are quick to xxxx ur pockets but not to give good service. I paid 80k for a car & I wish I can return it based off the treatment I have received. More
Worst Experience BAR NONE! My wife and I spent more than a week dealing with a sales person (Eric) and sales manager (Kevin) of this dealership to purchase a new Range Rover. Fi My wife and I spent more than a week dealing with a sales person (Eric) and sales manager (Kevin) of this dealership to purchase a new Range Rover. First and foremost, they were negotiating with my wife and I for a vehicle that they didn't even have in stock. I fully understand that dealers sometimes work with other dealers to obtain a vehicle that they may not have there on site. But the fact that they were assuring me that they could obtain it when in fact they were really never making the attempts that they said they would to acquire the vehicle we wanted was very upsetting. Especially to my wife. The phrase "Happy wife..Happy Life" means nothing to these people!! And mine is extremely "unhappy" right now. After spending an entire week negotiating on a car that did not exist, the General Sales manager, John DeAngelis accused my wife and I of being part of some Export something or another with intentions of shipping the vehicle overseas and demanded to see our individual credit reports as well as one entire year of our personal bank statements! xxx Really?? Rather odd considering the fact that we were purchasing the vehicle outright. We were not looking for financing of any sort! Why would a dealer violate what seems to be or I would at least think would be covered under some sort of privacy act? Not sure. But after reluctantly offering our statements, Mr. DeAngelis then refused us as customers before even providing the info. After having this experience, it left us with a feeling that the employees of this establishment and Mr. DeAngelis more specifically, are up to something rather nefarious and perhaps fraudulent. We reccomend that you avoid this dealer at all costs! We will be taking our business elsewhere! More

He found one in their inventory that I liked and I test drove another because the one I liked was on a different lot. After discussing it with my wife later that night and the next day, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. I called Randy the following afternoon and gave him my credit card info to hold the car. He was supposed to email a purchase order to me the next day and never did. I tried sending him emails and made numerous calls for two days. I discovered that he never even ran my card for the deposit. I tried calling the Sales Mgr, Kevin Holmes, but his voicemail was full. I give up. I've never encountered such a highly unprofessional crew as the people that work here! I'll take my business elsewhere. More

Great experience across the board Jim Raysor made sure that I had the exact car I wanted, gave me accurate information in the course of the transaction (which took place almost complet Jim Raysor made sure that I had the exact car I wanted, gave me accurate information in the course of the transaction (which took place almost completely over the phone) and treated me with the courtesy and respect that was so lacking in the Manhattan Land Rover dealership. I would recommend Jim and Land Rover Larchmont to anyone looking for a great car and a great customer service experience. 2016 evoque WORST EXPERIENCE EVER This place is so bad i have a 2016 evoque and had to change the water pump on a new car just 14k on it. so it takes the dealer a week to do the job . So i opened the hood and i see they put the water pump on wrong and also left a few screws loose too. How can a range rover dealer do that to people saying that the car is safe and let a person drive a car that"s not safe for the road they do xxxx work and Damien that works in service does not know nothing about cars at all . He keeps telling me over and over is "All evoque's are like that" . what a joke they are .Iam a service technician for 35 years i will never let a car leave the bay like that unprofessional worst experience ever beware check any work you have them do for you. WHAT A SHAME!!! i have 2012 Land rover LR4 with Certified Pre Owned Warranty which was purchased from this dealer about a year ago. Recently passenger cabin filled ou i have 2012 Land rover LR4 with Certified Pre Owned Warranty which was purchased from this dealer about a year ago. Recently passenger cabin filled out with lots of water due to heavy rain. I have taken my car to this dealership , and it was diagnosed as dispose pipe coming from sunroof to the bottom of the car was misplaced. I was told that this was not covered under warranty and was asked to pay $1000 so they can put the pipe back. I refused the charge and fix and i was charged $250 for diagnose. For those who get excited about cpo warranty, it basically covers nothing. If you have a Landrover, you need to live the fact that this luxury suv gets lot of water inside :) Any pipe may come out on this car and you may be faced $1000 for the fix (put the pipe back) There are thousand of complains about the same issue and no one including this dealer and Land Rover USA do care about the fix. This car may work in California, not in New York. What a shame!!!! Thank you Baris Alyanak More

I went in to this dealership to lease or purchase a 2017 Range Rover Sport upon the recommendation of my husband and a former sales person who left to manage his own dealership. Even though I love the vehicle that I eventually leased and the service staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, I did not connect with my sale person Jim Raysor and to this day, his promise to pay the last month of the lease on my returned vehicle has not been fulfilled. I called the business manager to report that it had not been paid and he pawned me off to a sales manager. The sales manager put Jim on the line who said he would review our agreement and take care of the issue. He even called me a week later to tell me that he was taking care of the balance. Why then am I still being called by Chase Bank on an issue that should be a non-issue. Not pleased and I plan to call Better Business Bureau about it. More
