I will never do business again with this dealership. When I leased my 2020 Range Rover Evoque from them in 2019, I was pressurized into buying a special warranty at an additional cost of nearly $1400. The next day I cancelled this unnecessary item and requested a refund. I have been attempting to get this refund for the last two years and despite promises from the general manager of the dealership, no such refund has been forthcoming. Very pleased with my transaction and purchasing experience. Purchased a pre-owned Audi Q5. Dealer had upfront pricing and no added fees other than a modest documentation fee. My Sales Associate, Francis Aversano, sent me additional photos of the car before my trip over that showed some chips in the bumper that weren't readily apparent on the photos uploaded to the website. Minor stuff but they were very upfront about it. When I saw the car in person I asked about having the chips repaired before I picked it up and they were able to facilitate that for a reasonable added cost. From that point forward the dealership was in constant contact with status updates. When the car was ready all paperwork took about 20 minutes and I was on my way. The car was very well detailed and had new Continental tires on it. Price was def fair and dealership arranged financing at a competitive rate. Dealership is also a brand new facility. Very nice and modern. More

The team at LRNR was very courteous, efficient, and all-around awesome to deal with. They also oozed passion for these great trucks. That goes a long way. On top of that, they have recently cut renovated their store to the newest Land Rover and Jaguar brand style. It's really about as stunning a building as a car dealership can be. Ryan, Nolan and Nick helped me into a new f pace Prestige 30t. No dealership is perfect in the current environment but they really stepped up and brought me to see the car at a nearby lot, after regular hour 30t. The f pace is unique and puts the fun back in driving. 30t is a nice compromise, good power and the paddle shifters are great. Fuel economy great as well.
