Totally Crooked - don't buy from them - they try to not give you your second set of keys to save themselves some change and they completely lie to you and do not honor their promises when selling you addit give you your second set of keys to save themselves some change and they completely lie to you and do not honor their promises when selling you additional warranties. They lie specifically about: what is covered, what is covered by them, and how issues get resolved. If you try to get the second key your owed, they dodge your calls and claim there is a shortage. I waited months and had to come in and make a big stink to actually get the second key while there because they claimed it was a replacement key and not one of the initial two that come with the car. If something is covered under any warranty that is purchased, such as the dent protection plan, they dodge your calls (they don't return them even when voicemails are left), and tell you when you bring the car in in person that a different party handles it. I'm ok with all of it, including my time that they wasted by having me come in... HOWEVER, I am not ok with them ripping me off and don't want anyone else to be ripped off. They know you have money if you're buying a land rover, and they will exploit you and ignore your calls whenever it will cost them a dime. There is no accountability. Don't trust their finance managers either. I would have loved to buy a second LR from them if not for them being the sleaziest dealership I have ever worked with. And I've bought and leased a lot of cars in my day. More

IN FACT, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL SURELY BE INFORMED ABOUT THIS INADEQUATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, BUSINESS UNTIL I VISITED LAND ROVER NEW ROCHELLE. IN FACT, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL SURELY BE INFORMED ABOUT THIS INADEQUATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY, RUDE, INEFFICIENT AND CARELESS DEALERSHIP. I WORKED WITH THEM FOR A WEEK ON A PURCHASE AND THEIR FINANCE MANAGER KRISTIN GAVE ME A CRAZY HIGH RATE ALMOST 12% WHEN I AM A TIER 1 APPLICANT AND SO I HAD TO GO TO MY CREDIT UNION TO GET A LOWER RATE WHICH I DID.THEN FOUND OUT I DID IN FACT GET A LOWER APPROVAL RATE 8% THAT KRISTIN DECLINED AND DIDNT BOTHER TO LET ME KNOW, INSTEAD SHE WAS LIKE YEAH LET HER GO GET A CHECK AND INCONVENIENCE HERSELF SO I DID AND WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH A $78000 CHECK AND THEY WANTED $243 MORE, THEY SAID TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. OMG THE RUDE ATTITUDE REALLY HAD ME MIND BLOWN. KRISTIN THE FINANCE MANAGER, ALEX THE SALES MANAGER AS WELL AS THE SALES ASSOCIATE ARIS. THEY WERE ALL JUST ANGRY PEOPLE, SEEMS LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS AND LET IT OUT ON THEIR CUSTOMERS. ARIS HATED THE FACT THAT SHE HAD TO COME IN ON HER DAY OFF TO DELIVER THE CAR TO ME, KRISTIN BECAUSE SHE WASN'T BENEFITING FROM A CASH DEAL PRACTICALLY THREW ME OUT OF HER OFFICE FOR NOT WANTING TO PAY THE $243 NOT ONLY WAS I OVERCHARGED ME FOR DMV FEES BUT $700 FOR TRANSFER PLATES REALLY GUYS??????? THATS JUST DISHONESTY AND DISGUSTING. I DID HOWEVER HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT LAND ROVER MANHATTAN WHERE THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND CARE, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I GOT LOWER MILES AND A LOWER SALES PRICE ON THE SAME CAR. THANK YOU NEW ROCHELLE FOR SAVING ME $5,500 ON MY NEW PURCHASE AT LAND ROVER MANHATTAN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND LAND ROVER NEW ROCHELLE. More
