Range Rover Sport - Great Experience! We had a great experience working with Chris Peterson at Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville. He spent hours with me the day I picked up my new 2017 Range We had a great experience working with Chris Peterson at Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville. He spent hours with me the day I picked up my new 2017 Range Rover Sport. He thoroughly went over every aspect of the my new vehicle and I really appreciated the extra time and service he gave me. He even called me days later to follow-up and to see if I had any questions. We had a computer issue the 2nd day but he quickly got me the same day and service resolved it and it ended up not being anything. I would highly recommned Chris if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Dissapointed I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Patrick Jaguar in Naperville which was an Audi SQ5. My 1st experience with the salesperson was not that great but he I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Patrick Jaguar in Naperville which was an Audi SQ5. My 1st experience with the salesperson was not that great but he is no longer there so I thought I would give them a 2nd chance. The people there are very nice but I was not told that when I purchased my 2nd vehicle that there were a 2nd set of tires that came with it. After speaking to the previous owner and Continental Audi, Patrick picked up the additional set of tires on January 30th from the Audi dealership where they were being stored but let me purchase the vehicle (which was over $40K) and leave with the existing BALD tires and did not offer the 2nd set. This is what gives salespeople and dealerships a bad name. I would like the 2nd set of tires and rims that came with car. More
