The showroom was busy on that Saturday, June 30, 2018. The first person to meet and greet me was John Karoumi, the General Sales Manager. After spending a isgnificant amount of time with me he called for a sales person to take me for a test ride on the F-Type. The saleman's name is Lev Akdemir. Once again Lev spent plenty of time with me driving the vehicle and explaining the car to me. The treatment by both gentlemen was exemplary. Both of the men made the purchase painless and seamless. Since my purchase of the vehicle both men have followed up with me to ensure I am a happy customer.... which in case you cannot tell I am. I would hihly recommend these two gentlemen if and when you are in the market for either a Jaguar or Land Rover or even their nice collection of used vehicles. More

Treated like family when buying a car! We recently bought a Range Rover Evoque from Patrick Land Rover. After shopping around since November, we knew we found the right dealership. Our sale We recently bought a Range Rover Evoque from Patrick Land Rover. After shopping around since November, we knew we found the right dealership. Our sales Rep Dan Bryce keep in contact with me and followed up quickly with any questions. With our budget we thought we could not afford the Evoque we wanted. When Dan expressed our concerns, Jeff his sales manager asked us what payment we needed to be at. He somehow got us down to the same lease we where paying for a $8000 cheaper Ford Edge Sport. Jeff and Dan took care of us like we were part of the his family, very honest and sincere. They even helped us buy out our Ford lease 3 months early. What really impressed me was Jeff said "I want you to be happy with your purchase and I will make sure you leave a happy customer: We did! Eric in finance was great to deal with and made the financial process very smooth while not trying to hide anything from you. He showed us real numbers, not inflated rates and numbers changing like other dealerships. I got a tour of the service shop and meet Matt Herzog, who was great in getting me pricing for aftermarket Land Rover accessories. Dan Fazil showed use how to use all the great features of the Evoque, set up our phones, and the Apps on our phones. He even gave us his cell number and told use to call him anytime. Of course, we did the next day on a Sunday. He answered and helped us with our infotainment system and even offered to come to our house! The team at Patrick Land Rover/Jaguar made us feel like we are part of their family. Best car buying experience we have ever had. I can not wait until the update the Range Rovers in 2020, we will be the first in the door to buy a car from them. I met several other staff throughout the process of ordering my custom vehicle & all were delightful. when it came to delivery of my vehicle, everything ran smooth....as it should when you are paying that much for a car! When it came to doing all the final paperwork, I can’t say I was very impressed at all. We had an appointment and it still took 4 hours to get us out the door. And after all that, there were several major mistakes made in he registration and tax paperwork. I definitely expected a more quality process. More
