Buying a minivan for our growing family My wife and I had twins in February 2019 and have a 3 year old. Our beloved Jeep Cherokee limited became to small so we started to search for a miniva My wife and I had twins in February 2019 and have a 3 year old. Our beloved Jeep Cherokee limited became to small so we started to search for a minivan. We narrowed our search to a 2011 or newer VW Routan with very limited exterior color options. We choose the VW do to price and standard features. We were willing to travel for the right deal. I came upon this minivan on Jaguar Land Rover Naperville website. I emailed the dealership and received a call back right away! The receptionist answered a few questions and set me up with one of there salesman. His name is Chris Peterson and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He eagerly answered my questions and sent me more pictures of the van. I live 4.5 hours from the dealership and he informed me that since I was very interested in this van that they would hold it till I could drive down on Saturday even with out putting any deposit down. When my wife, 3 year, and I drove down, Chris stayed in touch with us so we would have his full attention when we got there. He greeted us at the door and showed us the van. We test drove it and liked it. As we worked out the price and paperwork, Chris had the van filled with gas so we wouldn't have to fill it ourselves! The dealership and Chris did a great job of taking care of us and even got my 3 year old a coloring book to keep her occupied. Chris Peterson was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not pushy, took his time with us, made sure we were happy with the van and even checked up with me to make sure we made the 4.5 hour drive back home safely!! If your in need of a vehicle I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Naperville as a dealership and ask for Chris Peterson! You will not be disappointed!!! Great job before, during and after the sale!! It really sucks when you spend o I bought my wife a brand new 2019 Jaguar e-Pace in April 2019 and here we are in June and she still isn't driving it. It really sucks when you spend over $50K to buy your wife her 'dream car' and a month later she says she doesn't want it any more because the experience with the new car has been so bad. Multiple issues and nobody seems to care or respond. I wrote a letter to the general manager and the executive in charge of Sales operations and never even got a response. This is my 5th car from the Patrick Group - but probably my last unless something drastically changes and changes fast . More
Amazing Experience I found this dealership via Auto Trader while I was looking for a Tesla. With their easy to use online purchase option, I filled everything out and began the process. I never went into the dealership, and did everything online. The next morning Phil called me. He wanted to thank me and go over all the details of the purchase. He was very professional, not pushy like normal car sales guys. He answered question after question I had and was very happy to assist me. In the end with some input from my spouse at home, I opted out of the Tesla and purchased a 2015 Mercedes GLK350. I live and work in downtown Chicago and these guys during 5 o’clock rush hour drove the car to me, I signed all of my docs in the car with the porter, Will, who brought the car to me, and off I went. I spent maybe 10 minutes with them in total. I’m so happy that I met these guys and will forever be a customer of this dealership. Thank you to Phil, Sam and Will. More

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. I was greeted by Sales Associate Jad and was later greeted and joined by General Sales Manager John Karoumi, both of whom were consummate professionals. There wasn't a question I had about the new Land Rover Discovery that Jad wasn't prepared to answer...his product knowledge was exceptional. This was my first experience buying at Land Rover Naperville, but I plan to be a customer for life. If you're in the market, I highly recommend them. Ask for Jad specifically...he was terrific to work with. More

The showroom was busy on that Saturday, June 30, 2018. The first person to meet and greet me was John Karoumi, the General Sales Manager. After spending a isgnificant amount of time with me he called for a sales person to take me for a test ride on the F-Type. The saleman's name is Lev Akdemir. Once again Lev spent plenty of time with me driving the vehicle and explaining the car to me. The treatment by both gentlemen was exemplary. Both of the men made the purchase painless and seamless. Since my purchase of the vehicle both men have followed up with me to ensure I am a happy customer.... which in case you cannot tell I am. I would hihly recommend these two gentlemen if and when you are in the market for either a Jaguar or Land Rover or even their nice collection of used vehicles. More
