Service department is horrible. I concur with the majority of the reviews here - very negative opinion. The service departmanet is HORRIBLE. Way understaffed and grossly incompetent. I purchased a RangeRover HSE (new in 2010) that negative opinion. The service departmanet is HORRIBLE. Way understaffed and grossly incompetent. I purchased a RangeRover HSE (new in 2010) that they are unable to service ! They have had the car for 5 months. They do not work on the car and what was a simple repair has turned into a huge electrical problem as their tech did not have the basic knowledge to disconnect the battery. They never call and provide a status on anything. Stay clear of this dealership. Also - the corporate HQ of Land Rover in the US is useless too. More
Congratulations to this dealership! They have claimed the #1/Top Spot in terms of the Worst Customer service and support of any dealership I've ever been too. If there is an award for the Worst team in Westchester County, these guys have it clinched. I think they put an actual Band-aid on my engine after selling me a car 3 months ago. There is no point in calling for an appointment as they don't answer phones and if they do, they either hang up right away or place you on hold, infinitely. The Passive Aggressive and unhelpful behavior of the "General Manager" and his "team"is award winning as well. Stay far away. Buyer beware. More
Very disappointed with the service department I was very dissatisfied I left my car and they had it for 5 days and the work wasn’t done.
