Our 2008 Land Rover had a suspension warning light come on, and Peter was able to help us diagnose the severity of the problem over the phone and schedule us in to bring the car for the next day. My recent visit was just a scheduled maintenance visit, but as always, the service was great. Sandra had my paperwork ready and arranged for a loaner to be pulled next to my car so I could transfer my gea but as always, the service was great. Sandra had my paperwork ready and arranged for a loaner to be pulled next to my car so I could transfer my gear for the day. The person who brought me the loaner helped me transfer my car seats, which was a huge help (he also helped move them back to my car when I returned later in the day to pick up my car). I mentioned to Eric a low tire pressure warning light that had been going off and asked if the guys could check all my tire pressures. He assured me that would be done but also said they would look at the tire pressure sensor. A few hours later he called me to say the sensor was bad and did I want to replace it. The parts were in stock, I got it fixed, and now...no more warning light blinking at me! I have dealt with this service department for a number of years, and they have always been courteous and very helpful. Even though I moved to CT last summer, I will continue to come back to Mount Kisco for my car service. They are worth it! More
Eric handled my brake issue but also recommended that he keep the car an additional day because of a recent recall. He also noticed that my inspection was due to expire in a month and asked if I wanted tha keep the car an additional day because of a recent recall. In addition, last week I noticed my one of my side mirrors were squeaking when it folded in so I asked Eric to take a look at it. He immediately got up and went to work! Our first Land Rover was an LR2. Our experience with the service department was so terrific that when we bought a new car we upgraded to the LR4.
