I brought in a 15 yr old Range Rover for an oil change and checkover before a road trip and the service was amazing. They treat everyone like they just spent $190k on a SVR RR. I cannot say enough good and checkover before a road trip and the service was amazing. They treat everyone like they just spent $190k on a SVR RR. I cannot say enough good things about the service and parts side of this dealership More
Review Title: Disappointed with the Service I recently brought my vehicle to Land Rover, MT. Kisco for battery service and routine oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. brought my vehicle to Land Rover, MT. Kisco for battery service and routine oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main issues I encountered were: 1. The service team lost my car for two days after it was towed by AAA directly to their premises on January 7th, 2025. 2. The service took much longer than expected despite being promised a quicker turnaround time. 3. I had to call and demand the car be available for pick-up and no response regarding status for weeks. January 15th, 2025 for a mere battery and oil change. 4. Upon pick up, the car was missing the second key—still not found—and the electrical system is out and car has no heat. Not a problem prior to service. No updated oil sticker on car. The work was incomplete and not performed to a professional standard. 5. The staff's communication was poor, and I wasn’t kept informed about the status of my vehicle. To make matters worse, I experienced additional problem, and still have recurring issues with the vehicle after the service. I expected better professionalism and quality from Land Rover, MT. Kisco. I am disappointed and will never return for service or recommend their services to others. More
Horrible experience here. I would not recommend. The service department is the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. The GM never returned my calls. I was told I needed new breaks I would not recommend. The service department is the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. The GM never returned my calls. I was told I needed new breaks that were going to cost $4000 for front and rear. I went to the Darien dealership for a second opinion and was told my breaks were fine! I had to recently bring my car back in because there was another electrical issue where my car wouldn’t start and Diego from the service department was demeaning. They weren’t returning my calls. My husband had to physically go in to speak to them. Terrible experience from the service manager to the GM. More
Buyers beware - Stay away. .. We bought an Evoque from them for my wife. It was in the shop for over two months. Never offerd her a loaner. They do not know what they are doing .. We bought an Evoque from them for my wife. It was in the shop for over two months. Never offerd her a loaner. They do not know what they are doing regarding repairs apparently. My wife broke down two times after they fixed the car, twice, and had to be towed. Then, I find out they charged my credit card they had from the first repair, (unauthorized mind you), for the same charge my wife wrote a check out for already and now I am having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The best is that what it went in for the first time, still is not fixed! More
Our family has been a customer of Land Rover Mt Kisco since we moved to New York in the fall of 2000. Over the last 24 years we have purchased 5 vehicles from the dealership and had 7 serviced. Including since we moved to New York in the fall of 2000. Over the last 24 years we have purchased 5 vehicles from the dealership and had 7 serviced. Including our most recent purchase and latest service, we could not be more pleased with the team at Land Rover Mt Kisco. Jenifer Artzt in sales, Sundos, Jonathan and Jeffrey in service have all been great to work with. They really care. It’s a popular myth that Land Rovers require an extraordinary amount of service. That’s never been the case for us. But what has been extraordinary is the consistency of the experience. First class! More
My Range Rover Sport had performed exactly as expected for the first 3 years of ownership....until a simple oil change/maintenance visit in November 2023 turned in to a 6 month/7 return trip nightmare to for the first 3 years of ownership....until a simple oil change/maintenance visit in November 2023 turned in to a 6 month/7 return trip nightmare to the service department. New break pads were included in that November service. Even though the pads did not yet require replacement, they were updated anyway, which I thought was great. Since then, my brakes have been squeaking extensively every time the vehicle comes to a stop. Many trips back, many days without a car, many affirmations that the breaks have been fixed, yet no improvement. Finally on this last visit I was told by Jonathan that all Range Rovers have squeaky brakes, it's part of the manufacturing that helps stop heavier vehicles, and there was nothing they could do to fix it!! I found it hard to believe that all Range Rover owners would accept squeaking breaks to the extent that school bus drivers get jealous ;)! I'm not sure if it's the absurd explanation from the service manager, the general lack of communication from the service manager and team as my car spent over 20 days at the shop in total, or the complete indifference from the General Manager, Hadi (1 email, 1 voicemail and 1 message left with the receptionist -- all un-returned) that is more unacceptable to me. Long story short, I took it elsewhere and it was fixed within an hour. Land Rover Mt. Kisco sells $100,000 cars and offers .10 cent service....just awful. More
